Hi, is there any chance these could be fruit flies? Tiny little floaty flies that seem to be everywhere? They are very annoying, the best thing to do is keep the area your parrot is living in as clean as possible, obviously you cant use any fly spray near your bird so continuously cleaning the area as much as you can and you should get rid of them eventually.

Sounds like fruit flies. The only way to safely get rid of them is to clean out religiously any remnants of fruits ,vegetables or moist food. They breed very young and it only takes a few days to complete their life cycle from eggs to breeding adults. Only leave fresh foods in cage for a short time or you will never get rid of them. Clean, clean ,clean. You can catch quite a few in the vacuum cleaner hose.

I believe that the Doctors Foster and Smith website (parrot care supplies) has small fruit fly traps. Do an Internet search for the company to see if they sell that supply and then place it outside of the bird cage in a place inaccessible to your parrot.
